Editor and screenwriter. Over the last 10 years, Ms. Casoni has worked on numerous projects for a variety of clients, both in Brazil and abroad.
She has worked for production companies such as Gullane Filmes, Prosperidade, Biônica Filmes, Macadâmia Filmes, MediaLab, Documenta Filmes, Take 4 Content and Adventures Studios. She was assistant editor on Andrucha’s feature film “Dona Vitória” and assistant editor on the fiction series “Ayrton Senna” on Netflix.
She edited the short film “Welcome Back”, by Nicole Gullane, winner of the best film award at LABRFF 2023 and with over 200,000 views on the OML YouTube channel; the music video “Sua”, by Nina Maia, directed by Gabriela Boeri, among others
She also collaborated on the script for Daniel Rezende’s “The Son of a Thousand Men”.
She set up part of the projections for IZA’s concert at Rock in Rio Lisboa 2022 and was nominated for best video art at Rio Web Fest 2022 with her series “Afogamento Calculado” (Calculated Drowning), video poems that she writes, directs and edits. With this work, she was invited to do a Tembici campaign with Bike Itaú and has over 70,000 views on Instragam. Her first book, “Calculated Drowning”, is out soon.
In 2019, she directed the short film “Autorretrato”, shown at the 21st Brazilian University Film Festival and selected for the San Francisco International New Concept Film Festival.
